Plumbing work Quotations - URGENT HIGH PRIORITY

Please find the quotation attached for urgent plumbing work which need to be done on priority. As this if first quotation we need to get at least two more to compare but that has to be done urgently on priority basis. PFA quotation. First quotation is of amount 74560/-. As the first quotation is on higher side of the amount which can not be accommodated with available funds we need to collect this amount from all the owners to complete the work.

The under ground drainage is completely blocked and correcting that is very diff. The good part of basement floor needs to be digged to figure out the blockage. Hence it was advised to close that line and put a overhead line. Hence the quotation.
