Hi All,

I like to highlight the following points and bring to notice of all for further necessary action.

1. This e mail group consists of the names of some persons who left the building and probably do not consist of the new members.Hence I request that this has to be updated.

2. We have a bye laws for our apartment association. This is brought into existence by getting the signatures of the necessary minimum members. Although it is applicable to all the other members, I feel it is necessary to get the signatures of all the other members also as early as possible.

3. Funds have to be collected for the arresting of leakages, executing major repairs and painting of the building. For this a letter was supposed to be written and delivered to Sri Linga Raju. I think this has to be done on priority. So that the funds are collected and agency is fixed before the end of monsoon and rainy season and work can immediately start there after.

4. I request for a meeting of the association to discus the above and take necessary actions.

I also like to get involved myself long with you in the above activities.
