Position  – Java Tech Lead

Location – Remote

Duration : 6 + Months

 

Primary Skills: Must Have

• 8-10 years of Core Java Experience with Multithreading on Java 1.7 or higher
• 5-7 years of Spring Boot and Microservices experience
• Experience on Apache Groovy
• 5-7 years of experience on JavaScript with strong proficiency in JavaScript
• 5-7 years of experience on Rest APIs (understanding of Authentications & Authorization mechanisms)
• Experienced in Agile method of working
• Experience on Camunda BPM platform
• Ability to lead a team of 6-8 developers
• Should be strong in designing applications/workflows, and develop architecture

 

Desirable

• Worked on BPM implementation program and familiarity with BPMN 2.0
• Should be well familiar with SQL/NO-SQL database

 

Key traits:

• Strong experience in Spring Boot, Micro Services
• Should be well versed with Agile Development methodologies
• Should have strong debugging and communication skill
• Should participate in design discussions and provide application designs, architecture, timeline estimations
• Problem-solving mind and attitude
• Ability to interface well with externally facing departments and directly with customers
• Effective communication skills – written, spoken, listening, and presentation
• Great Team player and experience working with global teams and global organizations
