Job Title: Senior IT Business Analyst

Location: Remote

 

Role and responsibilities

•               Understand client business area and technical systems in depth

•               Work with clients and US/ India teams and translate client requirements as needed

•               Help achieve common objective of meeting client needs within stipulated timelines

•               Act as techno functional SME for the client as well as internal teams

•               Project planning, risk mitigation and effective governance

•               Train team members on Life Sciences/ Commercial area

•               Project specific client engagement for daily check-ins, status updates, issue management

•               Support new business development with commercial expertise

 

Technical skills requirements

The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in,

•               Different types of Life Sciences datasets (Sales – IQVIA, Claims – SHA/ IQVIA, Activity – Calls & Samples)

•               At least one BI Reporting tools – Tableau/ Qlik/ Power BI/ Micro strategy

•               Data warehousing, ETL and Cloud (AWS) knowledge

•               Excel

•               Analytical mindset to generate insights out of any kind of data

•               Strong verbal as well as written communication skills

•               Self-motivated and self-driven to work against tight timelines

•               Team player & ability to multi-task based on project needs

 

Nice-to-have skills

•               Knowledge of AI/ ML and application on Life Sciences areas

 

Required Qualifications

•               Bachelor’s in engineering

•               3+ years of working experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Healthcare business areas

•               Demonstrated ability to work well in an agile team environment

•               Nice to have: AWS/Azure certifications

•               A proven high-performer and team-player, with the ability collaborate with clients and offshore teams
