Position: SAP MM/ Ariba

Location: Boston,MA (Remote)

Duration: Long Term

 

• Ability to support resolution on production incidents and support enhancements; Preparation of business requirements for processes and applications; defect resolution, support change management documentation, testing, and post implementation support.
• Provide support in functional areas related to Ariba such as procurement, invoicing, receiving, Integration using Cloud integration gateway and ITK, catalog, contracts and SLP (Supplier lifecycle and performance). The resource should also have the ability to support functional areas in Material management like invoice management, PIR, Release strategies and MM configurations.
• Collaborate with team members and partners across shores, in a distributed project environment, successfully articulate technology concepts to both business and technology audience
• Perform service delivery at or above delivery metrics, customer satisfaction, coordination with a global team, perform effort estimation, design and implement changes, align with client ITSM processes
