Position : OPS  SME

Location – Charlotte, NC or North Brunswick, NJ

Duration – 6 months

JD:

• An expert who understands Daily control reconciliations including holdings, collateral, and currency balances between our internal accounting, clearing brokers, custodians, and clearing houses.
• Has the expertise to review and understand post-value cash reconciliations of collateral and margin movements and also validating Trade Bookings, drafting Trade Confirmations, monitoring Electronic Confirmation Matching platforms, processing Cash Settlements and reconciling Cash Balances.
• Should have an end to end understanding of the IB products and its corresponding post trade life cycle.
  Has the awareness to review market data, pricing, trading information, corporate actions, and other issues that affect portfolio valuation, performance, compliance and regulations and books and records

• Investment Banking Operations Experience  
• Domain Knowledge on post trade lifecycle, Investment Banking  products
• Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, Debentures
• Well versed with their accounting, reconciliation, risk and compliance
• Ideal candidate is expected to act as a domain consultant;
• Work with the implementations team and senior client side stakeholders
• Review the proposed implementation approach
• Drive the overall project implementation plan and guide the project team on the domain aspects
• Should have hands on business analysis and project management exposure
• Understand Front to Back product life cycle (Fixed Income/Equities/Derivatives)
• Prior Broadridge experience is a plus
