Position Title     Technical Lead or Technical Project Manager

Work Location  Nashville, TN

Duration              6+ Months

Details/ Skills     Azure Data factory, Power BI, MS SQL

 

Job Description Responsibilities:

 

•             Work day to day with business users on report variations in PowerBI and excel

o             Work with multiple vendors to determine root cause or fix, and work with vendors to ensure fixes are in place

•             Monitor and validate data in Azure Data lake, work to resolve issues, discrepancies

o             Be able to verify SQL process

o             Troubleshoot Azure Data factory jobs

•             Work to improve data lake process

o             Seek enhancements working with vendors to make the system more reliable without human intervention

o             Improve pro-active alerting for failures, and problem resolution

•             Meet and work with Product Owners and Business Analysts to forecast future business needs around reporting

•             Deliver minor PowerBI functions from the Data warehouse or with designated partner to do so
