Job Description:

this is a Techno-Functional role
- Should have good communication and
leadership skills
- Provide L2/L3 support for Application
- L2 support will mainly include
handling the end user issues in the product
- L3 will include customization and
improvement on the tool
- Work with the vendor for any major
issues/bugs in the application
- Coordinate with vendor for the product
releases
- Should understand the integrations
well and work with the integrated teams for any issues
- In a 24/7 project, candidate should be
flexible to work in shifts
- Ability to mentor and lead support
team and the release management teams
- Ability to engage in customer
discussions for requirements analysis
- Good knowledge in ITSM tools and
processes
- Good Knowledge on GxP process
- Handle change Management activities
- Good to have programming knowledge
