Position : INFORMATICA ADMIN 

Location : Houston, TX

Duration : Long term contract

 

• 7 years of experience in administration of tools platform Informatica
• Installation configuration patching hot fixes upgrades migrations deployments Informatica tools
• Regular monitoring of platform and health checks
• Troubleshooting the performance issues related to memory utilization CPU utilization etc SLA tracking and adherence
• Experience in coordination of various environment teams as well as 3rd party vendors
• Creation of SOPs support manuals Knowledge artifacts KEDB standards for production environment
• Exposure to client interactions and possess strong communication skills
• Well versed with tools , Informatica
• Work with offshore and onsite teams as applicable in ensuring successful delivery for application maintenance AM work
• Take care of all AM related activities like incident problem event release change and service request management ITIL framework
• Drive continuous service improvements including incident
