REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
1.          An experienced Java Lead(6 +yrs) with experience in AWS (Atleast 2 years) &  building CI/CD pipeline to cloud(atleast 1 year)
2.          Able to embrace newer technologies and do PoCs and able to articulate the best fit solution in a given scenario
3.          Agile mindset and worked in scrum based teams
4.          Experience  with Docker & Docker Compose, Kubernetes experience with Helm & Tiller
5.          Java experience – OOPS concepts, Design Patterns, Data Structures, Multithreading. (Good to have Java8 experience)
6.          Good understanding (hands-on experience preferable) of frameworks like – Spring, Struts, Hibernate.
7.          Web services experience – REST and SOAP. SQL , Tomcat
8.          Microservices with  Service Mesh, Spring Boot background
9.          AWS Services    Compute - EC2, ECR, EKS, Lambda,  Storage - S3, EFS, IAM, RDS, SQS, EKS, EC2 & Other Services
10.        Database - RDS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache  (DB pipeline setup for RDS in AWS), Migration & Transfer using DMS, Data seeding and tear down
11.        Hands-on experience in build(ing) scripts like – Maven, Gradle & using version controlling tools like – GIT
12.        CI-CD Build: Gradle, Shell Scripts and Jenkins configuration through Groovy DSL
13.        UI : Experience in either Angular or React (atleast 1 project)
14.        Nice to have: Knowledge on Python, Python libraries (CFN-Lint, Stacker, PyTest),
