Interviews: Telephonic only

Fluent in:

• IBM or BPM or Writing testable object oriented software using best development practices

• Designing, building and maintaining developer-friendly HTTP-based APIs

• Agile methodologies and practices (including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming)

Experience in:

• IBM or BPM or Test Driven Development or Behaviour Driven Development

• Writing Clean Code & decoupled modules using the power of Design Patterns and SOLID principles.

• Pair Programming

Good knowledge and opinions about:

• Current choices for data models and architectures

• Multi-tier application development

• Continuous Integration, Delivery and Deployment

• Content Management Tools

Comfortable leading an environment encompassing FEW of the following:

• Core: Java8, JavaScript, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS, Git, Maven or Gradle, ReactJS + Redux, Gulp, Webpack

• Core Testing Tools: Junit, Mocking Libraries (JMock or Mockito), DHC, Mocha, Chai
