Agile Scrum Master/Technical BA

Rate: $50-$60/Ph - Fixed

Location : Irving, TX

Duration: Long term

Priority: Very High;

Visa: Open;

Level: Senior;

Interviews: Telephonic

Total experience: MUST be atleast 9+ years visible on the resume

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

1. This long term role must have multi role skills who has good Scrum and good Technical BA skills.

2. Cloud experience is advantage either Azure or AWS

3. Good knowledge of Agile implementation, and an understanding of technical concepts

4. Strong BA Skills to understand requirement and supply to team to implement.

5. Good project management skills, with the ability to analyze business issues and develop solutions that require integration of technical, business and interpersonal knowledge.

6. Demonstrated ability to balance priorities between simultaneous projects

7. Have strong leadership, mentoring and influencing capabilities, that reflect excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills

8. Have strong negotiation and presentation skills that showcase your strong risk management skills and cost/benefit analytical ability.
