REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

•           BPM Developer with Business Analyst  skills(BPM tool  expertise - Blue Works live) 

•           IBM BPM 8.5.x

•           Blue works Live experience is must to have

•           Overall 3-5 years of experience in SOA and integration space

•           Great communication skills.

•           3 to 5 years of BPM experience with BPM products

•           3 to 5 years with IBM BPM Development including UI Design.

•           Process, rules & deep IBM BPM solution skills.

•           Experience in design and development of BPDs

•           Perform unit, integration and System testing of new BPM solutions

 

GOOD TO HAVE:

•           Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment

•           Demonstrably solid software engineering skills
