JOB DETAILS:

1. Submission: Direct client

2. Rate: Competitive and Open

3. Visa: Open

4. Openings: 3 Senior level; 1 Lead level and 1 Architect role (total of 5 positions active now)

8. Location: White house, Jersey City - NJ

9. Job type: Contract on C2C

10. Duration: Long-term for 1-2 years

Must-Have Primary Skill: Expert level experience Developer-Microsoft-.NET-C#. MUST and preferably atleast one project from Insurance Industry

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

1. Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)

2. Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 or similar or any other higher and write code using any Architecture tools, .Net,

3. Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures and packages, convert and migrate data when necessary.

4. Diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports

5. Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant, providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing and deploying applications, data access, data communications and system architecture configurations.

6. Use a source code repository for checking source code in and out, and branching off new versions of the source code.

7. Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidents and service requests for the application, as well as request services from other groups.

8. Coordinate service requests with various ITS Chief Operating Office personnel for releases and changes for the application.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

1. Expert: 36+ months experience in analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team; Maintenance (including production support) enhancement and development work;

2. Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, database design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions;

3. Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the the top of his/her field.

4. 36 months Demonstrated experience using .Net to develop/maintain complex applications in C# and/or ASP.NET for web deployment.

Additional nice to have qualifications:

1. 36 months Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.

2. 36 months Demonstrated experience with Oracle: Database design, PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc., including the use of a tool to write and test SQL code and manipulate data.

3. 36 Months Demonstrated experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), message processing, and an Enterprise Service Bus.

4. 36 Months Demonstrated experience interpreting and analyzing complex business requirements and building the logic within an application's code to meet those requirements.

5. 36 months Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft’s Entity Framework or any other ORM.

6. 2 Months Demonstrated work experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).

7. 36 months Demonstrated experience developing applications with MVC4 or later versions.

8. 36 months Demonstrated experience developing applications with Angular JS or later versions.
