Job Description:

Ø  Five+ years of business analysis or related work experience

Ø  Demonstrated knowledge of software company or related industry core business process and operations

Ø  Proven experience with common practice (Six Sigma, TQM, BPR, Lean, BPM, etc.) business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development

Ø  Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, systems, or products

Ø  Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language

Ø  Understanding of application development and software development life cycle concepts

Ø  Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Ø  Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Ø  Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail

Ø  Highly self-motivated, with an ability to exercise and take action on independent judgment

Ø  Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure

Ø  Strong customer service orientation

Ø  Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Ø  Salesforce and NetSuite user and administration experience preferred..
