Job Title: Program Quality Lead
Location: Columbus, IN
Duration: 1+ Year
Visa: Any (NO OPT)

Description:
·         Strong Agile Tester (with proven ability to peer influence/model agile team behavior)
·         Strong at Test Driven Design & Development (includes the ability to elicit acceptance criteria and negative testing scenarios with team members)
·         Sound working experience on R and Python
·         Strong with the CMI Test Services Test Management process
·         Exposure to data science and machine learning is an added advantage
·         Strong knowledge of Spark and Scala

Other skills good to have are:
·         Exposure to working with Hive
·         Exposure to working with Parquet and ORC
·         Exposure to building complex pipelines from data ingestion to feature engineering
·         Exposure to Microsoft Azure
·         Exposure to Microsoft HDInsight
·         Good data modeling experience
·         Know how to work with Git and Git-Flow
·         Any exposure to working with Analytics and Data Scientist is a plus
·         Manage their own workstream
·         Any exposure to working in a live setting is a plus
