Essential Responsibilities:
·         Collaboration with various engineering teams ensuring the proper delivery of the defined deployment architecture working as a trusted advisor to the engineering leaders and teams, enabling them to migrate workload to the Cloud from On-Prem
·         Provide technical guidance to engineering teams around automation to support continuous integration and continuous delivery processes to drive speed and efficiency
·         Ensures the solution is consistent with the architectural direction for the project and the organization's architectural landscape and meets the business objectives 
·         Develops strategies and researches technical and economic analyses of knowledge use and needs to determine where the enterprise should invest its resources to better leverage domains of knowledge
·         Leads analysis and design of tactical and strategic systems; establishes standard practices for representing and developing information, process, and system models; and establishes standard practices for implementing and integrating operational, tactical, and strategic systems and guides
·         Creates technical documents such as reference architecture and design documents

Required Qualifications:
·         Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant business subject
·         At least two years of application and/or infrastructure design required
·         Eight or more years’ experience working in IT, with 3 years of CRM implementation experience with platforms like Oracle / Salesforce
·         Broad module experience both functional & technical of Oracle E-Business Suite; i.e. Oracle financials 12.1 or higher
·         Strong experience in systems engineering with an automation focus
·         Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences
·         Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
·         Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
·         Strong influencing skills
·         Expertise in a domain with broad knowledge of the other architecture domains
·         Strong conceptual, analytical and influencing skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills, pragmatic in approach
·         Eight or more year’s experience working in IT with cloud solutions including 3 years of CRM implementation experience with platforms like Oracle / Salesforce
