Location: Topeka, Kansas

Duration: 12+ Months

Type: Okay with Both C2C and W2

Job Description:

·         A minimum of 8+ years’ relevant experience in business process analysis and improvement initiatives in a consulting or industry practitioner role

·         Experience in process modelling and architecture for large transformation initiatives

·         Preferred experience with end-end BPM tool implementation initiatives (IBM BPM, Savvion, Appian, Pega, Tibco)

·         Experience working with any industry standard enterprise architecture modelling tool such as ARIS, Troux, IBM System Architect and Mega

·         Ability to analyse and share recommendations to improve/modify existing processes / systems for clients

·         Understanding of Bizbok and Togaf architecture frameworks

·         Experience with client interaction by identifying client's priority needs for service and support

·         Strong written communication and presentation skills
