Role: Hadoop Developer
Location: McLean, VA

Job Description:
·         Participate in detailed technical design, development, implementation and support of Big Data applications using existing and emerging technology platforms.
·         Work with large streams of data with tools like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Flume, and Cassandra.
·         Develop understanding of client business processes, objectives, and solution requirements. Participate in project work groups with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand data specific needs.
·         Code per development and performance standards; resolve defects identified in testing and code reviews.
·         Work on sprint team in agile, rapid development and deployment environment.
·         7+ years of experience developing Java based software solutions
·         4+ years of experience with Apache Hadoop tools
·         4+ years of experience with NoSQL implementation, including stream processing
·         4+ years of experience building data pipelines
·         Transactional and BI reporting systems (e.g. OLAP and data warehouse)
·         ETL development
·         Performance tuning - table partitioning and indexing, process threading
·         Database storage sizing and maintenance

Position 3:
Role: Java Full-Stack Developer
Location: McLean, VA
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
·         Experience in Solution, Design and Development of Java applications using the Java, Spring JPA JBOSS/TOMCAT, Weblogic, JBOSS EAP, Apache Camel and Microservices using Spring Boot
·         Experience with the following programming languages: Java, Restful Services, SQL, Unix
·         Experience with Database (Sybase).
·         Experience in applying Service Oriented Analysis and Design principles.
·         Hands-on experience with Build and Deployment tools using Maven, Jenkins
·         Good knowledge of database concepts with working knowledge on SQL.
·         Hands on experience in Java SOA design patterns and design tools
·         Experience working with stakeholders and various Client resources
·         Comply with the department application standards and general industry-based practices
·         Knowledge of Multi-Family MPS applications and SailPoint is a Plus
·         Develop code per approved functional and non-functional requirements
·         Ensure code is up to Client Multifamily Standards
·         Perform all necessary environment deployments using Client’s DevOps deployment process
·         Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide input during grooming / sizing sessions
·         Knowledge of Team Foundation Server a plus
