Job Title – Technical Project Manager (Development Background)
Location – Cupertino, CA
Duration – 12 Months Contract
Client: TCS / Apple
Interview Mode: 2 rounds of WebEx interview
Visa Required: H1B ( I-94 Status Should Show H1B Not Accepting F1 Profiles ), GC-EAD,L2.EAD,H4-EAD,E3-EAD,TN (Passport Number is Mandatory), GC, USC.
Job Description
Technical/Functional Skills: Project Management, Agile, Scrum
Experience Required: 8-12 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
· 5+ years Engineering Project Management expertise, delivering software and services through a full project lifecycle in multi team environment.
· Ability to track the software requirements to completion in Software Maintenance as well as new feature Development.
· Experience with creating & tracking the software delivery schedules while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
· Great Organization skills to track the progress of items directly with the Development teams and diving to resolve any bottlenecks.
· Attention to details to share the project progress and proven ability to identify challenges ahead of the time.
· Experience managing projects using Agile software development.
· Strong understanding of and experience in managing complex, multi-functional software projects
· Strong technical understanding of operating systems and how the various layers in the software stack fit together.
· Adept at creative and critical thinking, able to deconstruct problems, resolve conflicts and lead the teams to solutions.
· Self motivated with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientation.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience.
· Excellent spoken and written communication with the ability to tailor communication style to multiple audiences
· Proven track record in defining processes and executing on them
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s
