Job Title – Lead Developer / Team Lead - Full Stack Development
Location – Johnston, IA - Hybrid (Must relocate if non locals)

Duration – 12 Months Contract

Visa Required: H1B ( I-94 Status Should Show H1B Not Accepting F1 Profiles ), GC-EAD,L2.EAD,H4-EAD,E3-EAD,TN (Passport Number is Mandatory), GC, USC.

Job Description

Hybrid Work Environment - 50% in-office time, days TBD

What Skills You Need:

○ Capable of collaborating with multiple business stakeholders to provide information technology solutions

○ Self-starter who leads from the front and provides mentorship of junior developers

○ Working understanding of object-oriented design patterns and loosely coupled architectures

○ Mastery of designing and implementing Java/Spring applications

○ Mastery of RESTful or SOAP APIs

○ Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and integrating systems into a deployment pipeline

Software engineer practices to include: paired programming, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Test Driven Development

What Makes you Stand Out:

○ Working understanding of designing and implementing JavaScript UI applications with React.js, JQuery, or Angular.js

○ Cloud development experience with AWS services, specifically: lambda, S3, EC2, DynamoDB, Cloud Watch
