I have some custom forms I use regularly with a Winlink Emcomm group I manage. I'd like to port them to pat winlink on my RPi. I tried putting them in a directory with other forms, but Pat doesn't recognize them. Same when I put them in their own folder alongside the standard forms. I'm guessing here, but it seems like Pat only supports standard forms, and has even the names of the folders hard-coded. Has anyone figured out how to implement custom forms or templates with Pat Winlink on the Raspberry Pi?

Well, after a week, I haven't had any response. So I guess that there is no way to use custom forms in Pat. Are there any plans to add this?

Sorry for the delay in responding. There's nothing specific in Pat right now to support custom forms. I'm surprised that adding a custom form to the standard directory didn't work because it's not supposed to be hard-coded, it is supposed to scan as you tried. A custom forms folder shouldn't be hard to add.

Thank you!  For more information:
1. I am using the KM4ACK Build-a-Pi with just the files needed to run Pat Winlink with a Packet connection (using Direwolf). All files are up to date.
2. As a test, I downloaded the custom forms from https://winlink.org/content/forms_not_standard_library_auto_update_process_still_available and the form was the NORCAL_WINLINKnet check in template (3 files).
3. I put those 3 files in the hidden directory where Pat puts the standard forms (/home/kent/.local/share/pat/Standard_Forms), at the level with the forms folders. Not recognized even after a reboot.
4. I then moved the forms into the General Forms folder. Again, not recognized even after a reboot.
