Outbox wont send after connection to node established

I can connect to a node over HF, but we will just ping pong back and forth keeping the connection alive but my outbox with messages will not send.  Any idea where to begin?

Attached log. I can make connection no issue, but trying to send outbox hits alot of Decode errs, coming back from the node.

Where do I find the Pat logs?  I have the ARDOP Debug/session but not sure where PAT is. Thanks!

The Radio is a IC7300 and I am using a Rpi 4 (made using Build-a-Pi).

Here's a shot in the dark.. 

Have you tried a different gateway? I've found that on occasion I cannot send to a gateway but another gateway will work.

Thanks Jim. Yes I have established connections to a handful but each has failed in the same way, where Frame Decode errors and CRC errors

Thats what I get when I connect to my RMS Packet.....i connect but never seen the outbox to send anything.......yet connection to CMS is tested several times and shows success at .06 sec

I am able to send fine using telnet so its definitely a transport issue. I tried alot of different radio audio settings, increased CI-V baud to 115K on radio, attempted to increase my audio gain on the Pi.. No avail, not sure if I am going down the right path. I only seem to have issues with the FSK4 packets. I am able to connect, and ID frame fine with multiple gateways.  I wonder if anyone else has this combo, Build a Pi, IC7300?

So useful datapoint.  I was able to connect to a gateway at 500 and send a message.. so seems like a slower send is working (alot of gateways reject if i force a slower rate).. so maybe that points me to audio, where sending fast and combination with my 7300 audio to the Pi has something to do with it...

Could it be a filter issue? 🤔 Maybe your radio is set at 500 Hz DSP bandwidth filter? That would only work for lower speeds.

It could also be bad SNR due to a high noise level.

I double checked my filters to match the ConAck mode but cant get anything over 500. Even 500 is not very good, alot of NAKs but eventually gets the job done.  So still searching but atleast with some patience and time i can send and recv.
