How to generating x slop and y slop and mask_r.pfsol

Dear all

Hello everyone! I'm starting to learn parflow, now i have already to prepared the dem processing. But i have not been able to make mask_r.pfsol ,x and y slop yet. 

So would anyone to assist or help me?? 

How can X-slope and Y-slope ,mask_r.pfsol be generated to represent terrain gradients in the ParFlow model?
