not converging in spin up

I also changed my geometry vertical discretization and making much more vertical layers but not works. changing preconditioner and other solver settings also not answers. i try testing many options also in different initial conditions but it not works. I got this message in different time steps in different tests. I really get confused and stuck here. I am new in modelling. I don't know what the problem is and what i should do.
Any help is highly needed and appreciated.
