I'm just wondering if anyone else is experiencing any issues at all ssh-ing into csil or cloud.
When I ssh into, I'm unable to mount sfuhome. I get a mount error(5) issue. I'm also unable to access cloud4 or cloud2. I'm getting the permission denied issue that I got during the data breach, and when I try to run the triangle_parallel strategy 1 on my local machine. I keep getting a segfault.

Thanks

You're getting a seg fault because the map does not exist in your local machine. I think there is a new csil server for people that are affected by the data breach... csil-10? Refer to this thread --> https://groups.google.com/d/msg/parallel-systems-sfu/FGNgvI4Am1k/QPU1zg1vAgAJ

Thanks, I realized why I got the sen fault shortly after I posted the message.  As for the server, I was already using csil10. That's the server I was attempting to login with.
I've contacted helpdesk already, so hopefully they'll be able to find a solution.

Thanks again.

Can you please let me know if by any chance SFU IT give any possible solution regarding this problem?
I am having a similar problem connecting to sfu server.

Hi,
No they didn’t. They said the issue is most likely due to some mount or vault that I have, that still remembers my old password.
They suggested going through your keychain and ensuring that the password related to SFU is up to date.
