Looking for a program that concentrates all my photographs in panoramio in tabular form. Thank you 93913

there is the Panoramio explorer, open photo in the explorer and click  with ctrl- you can enlarge the area.

then we have http://cestavoir.free.fr/viewer2.html?93913 (your photos) of course that will take some time to load with your amount of photos.

I checked as I recommended

To my surprise, I discovered that 11,745 photos were mapped and recorded from Date 07-10-2012 not appear at all

 what is the reason ? What should I do to appear on Google Earth

Sorry, I do not understand the question. 

Where did you discover that 11745 photos do not appear, where do they do not appear, can you give an example from an older photo, (photonumber like https://ssl.panoramio.com/photo/111150924 which BTW is visible on GE).

This question goes beyond the question about a program showing photos in a tabular form and should be in the main forum. Please use that forum to start a new thread about visibility on GE
