Assalamu Alaikum ,

It is surprising  to  know  that , Dr.Athar Usama , after  working on  RELEVANT IMPORTANT GOVERNMENT POSITIONS (in private what he does i.e experience , we don't discuss)  for years and ,recently, not  able to find/select a good number of projects and properly utilize the development funds for Projects (was total Salary of the selection/concerned team  higher/lower than the total funds awarded ???? )  is now aksing/discussing such basic questions publicly, might be after a recent strong push (though a person/ a common man can learn at any time but ... )
  
"I want to understand the determinants of entrepreneurial success in Pakistan. Particularly, I want to focus on one aspect of the initial conditions. To what extent are the known 'success stories' at least partially a result of founders who are born in wealth or have resources and connections and have thus literally funded their startups to success? In other words, is entrepreneurship a middle class dream or a rich man's passtime? "

"The first half of 2021 has proven to be stellar for Pakistani startups. According to data compiled by Data Darbaar, total investment into the country's ecosystem crossed $120 million across 35 unique deals.

This figure is almost twice as much as the $66 million registered during the whole of 2020, when 48 deals were recorded."
