Please join us for an online orientation meeting with EAD in collaboration with NGOs Action Committee, Pakistan at 10:30 am on September, Friday16th, 2022.

1. Registration proof

2. Amount of tax paid ( Scan copy, should be in PDF)

3. Audit report for last 2 years ( Scan copy, should be in PDF)

4. Assets declaration (Template is given)

5. Donor Commitment letter in PDF

6. Project staff detail ( Template is given)
