WINRM (Build 'amazon-ebs' errored: Timeout waiting for WinRM.)

Hi guys, 

I have been seen this lately and it's unstable for WINRM 

I get this error after 15 minutes 

Build 'amazon-ebs' errored: Timeout waiting for WinRM.

is there a solution for this

It's possible you need to increase that timeout, if you have a long answer file that you're using. Otherwise, you may want to read through the docs here https://www.packer.io/intro/getting-started/build-image.html#a-windows-example and see if you're making any of the common mistakes mentioned.

it's really not stable I copied and pasted the docs tutorial and it didn't work .. I don't think packer is great for windows
