Packer image creation for Virtualbox

Hello Team,

I have created images using packer for Digital Ocean and AWS clouds. But we need to create the image for Virtualbox also. I have read some article and get some knowledge about it.

Now i have one question before start working on it i.e we need to install the virtualbox over the packer machine itself? My packer machine is server profile and it don't have GUI mode.

For the record:

Yes you need to have VirtualBox installed and if you don't have X11 (etc) you can run it under xvfb.
