Vagrant builder and vagrant cloud processor can't make them working

Packer is not something I often use but I can't figure out what I am doing wrong.

I tried different combinations but I can't make to work Vagrant builder and Vagrant Cloud post process.

Any idea? it looks like the processor does not find a metadata.json inside the .box, but I decompressed it as you can see from the gist and the file is there
