vsphere-iso builder : content library permissions

Regarding using the content library upload option in the vsphere-iso builder ... 

Is there documentation describing the exact permissions required for an account in vSphere in order to upload templates to a vSphere content library?  I'm able to get it to work only if I grant full administrative permissions to entire vSphere environment, which is far too much for an account where I want it to have only the required permissions for the content library itself.  Thank you.
