Is There A Way To Set InSpec Packer Provisioner Version?

The newer version requires the license to be accepted.   We need to run the older version of inspec that doesn't require a license. 

Is there a way to do this?  We can set chef to use an older version with the "version" argument, but inspec doesn't appear to have one.

Inspec runs on your local machine so it doesn't install Inspec for you, hence you can't specify the version. But you can specify which binary to run.
