HyperV builder and Windows vm's

Hi all,

 

I am just about to use the HyperV builder and was wondering whether this came built-in or whether I have to download a separate executable.

 

Also, does anybody have examples of using this build to build Windows Server 2012/2012 R2 vm’s?
