Packer 1.1.0 Released

Hi All,

Happy to announce Packer 1.1.0. This release has a couple of new builders, a number of bug fixes and enhancements, and a few backwards incompatibilities. 

Please make sure you read the changelog and run `packer fix` before upgrading. The incompatibilities are minor, but will put us on track for a more stable and consistent experience.
