Source AMI: Windows 2016 English Core Base
Sorry if this is a duplicated issue. I have read many similar error logs on file upload issues, but it does not look like they should still be happening in Packer 1.1.3.
Summary: Using a makefile on a jenkins box to run packer and create a Windows 2016 AMI, but the packer build fails 50% or more of the time when trying to upload a "instance_files" which is 1.1MB in size.
