license restrictions on Packer generated artifacts distribution

I'm trying to convince my company, RSA, to use packer to generate a vmware ova distribution of an appliance we are creating.

What are the license restrictions on RSA to distribution their own Packer generated images?

Packer doesn't place any additional licensing restrictions on the generated images.
