Packer file provisioner hangs intermittently

I am running a packer script on top of an AWS instance. The packer hangs at the file provisioner. The folder size packer upload is 1GB. Any way to get around this? Attached is my packer.json script.

Hello

You can use other means, ie put the content into a S3 bucket.

and use a script to download the file.
