Vagrant Cloud upload error: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

I got an error while uploading my box to vagrant-cloud with post-processor.

The error I got was below.

Error uploading box! Will retry in 10 seconds. It seems to be closed by the vagrant cloud side with some reason.
I am not sure about the reason, but I wonder the reason is due to box size that is over 17GB.

And my environment is: 

Windows10

Packer 1.4.3

I tried packer 1.4.4 though, I got a script error. (maybe a kind of syntax error)

Could you let me know the error cause, how to avoid the error, or how to debug?
