Packer timeout issue with vmware-iso builder

Hi all,

I am having very strange issue with  vmware-iso builder. I can build/validate manually using powershell.

When I tried to validate the template using jenkins its timing out. Jenkins service account is gMSA which is part of local admin group on the server. I can see below error in debug logs.

Any ideas? Has anybody came across similar issue?

the error tells you something.

is not possible to open more process.

I would suggest engage your windows + jenkins admin around that.
