vSphere and PNDA Image Cento 7 Image build

I'm currently trying to deploy the PNDA images on vSphere. I'm getting error with this while executing the following packer build.

 ./packer build -var-file=myenv_conf.json vmware/local/centos_mirror.json

I have installed all the vmware tools in this and still i'm getting the error. Any ideas ?

Error :

pnda_template_mirror: Couldn't find VMware tools for 'linux'! VMware often downloads these

tools on-demand. However, to do this, you need to create a fake VM
of the proper type then click the 'install tools' option in the

VMware GUI.

Set tools_upload_flavor to  "", see

ESXi doesn't provide vmware tools

PS. Try to not include images containing text, include the text instead.
