Packer 1.7.2 has been released

Hello Packer community,

Today we released v1.7.2, a quick patch to fix a regression where "packer version" and other output was incorrectly directed to stderr when the process was backgrounded.

We also fixed an IP address detection issue in Proxmox and added ramrole configuration to the alicloud builder.
