Update Parent Meeting 11/14: Optional Pizza Dinner/Craft Making added @ 6:15 PM

Hi Pack 160 Parents and Scouts-

This Thursday, 11/14 (tomorrow), the pack is doing a $6 per pizza dinner with craft making for the scouts, along with the Parent pack planning meeting. We could use everyone’s help. Please join us!

6:30 Holiday Crafts making for the Thurston Bazaar - Scouts take one home if they wish
7:00 Parent meeting (scouts may continue with crafts) - Discuss and plan upcoming activities for the pack

The Thurston Holiday Bazaar is sponsored by Thurston PTO.  We are participating as a vendor this year for the first time as a fund-raiser and fun-maker for our pack, to help pay Council dues*. It’s hosted at Thurston MPR on December 7th from 11am to 5pm.  We will be selling scout made crafts from our pack alongside other vendors; the event will also have kids' activities and food!

Upcoming events -
Thursday, November 14, 6:15pm:  Pizza dinner, holiday crafts, parent meeting
Thursday, November 21, 6:30pm: Ann Arbor Township Fire Station Visit, 4319 Goss Rd. (In place of our regular pack meeting)
Thursday, December 5, 6:30 pm: All Dens Meeting
Saturday, December 7, 11am - 5pm: Thurston Holiday Bazaar (stay tuned for a sign-up genius to help out)

*Council dues for the pack went up this fall, and cover insurance, local camps and facilities, and subsidize activities they put on.

Hi All, 

The parent meeting will be at 6:30pm as originally scheduled (we can talk and eat.) The crafts will be at 7pm to give the scouts time to finish eating, clear away pizza, and set up crafts.
