A device that can heat up and cool quickly?

Hi, wonder is there such a device that you can attach to raspberry, which itself can heat up and cool quickly? It can be small, the purpose is to change the surrounding temperature.

Or maybe a device that can heat up to a specific temperature eg 60C

You probably want a Peltier effect device, it can heat and cool. But you do need to put effort into isolating the part you want to be hot vs cold, often requiring a good heatsink and/or good insulation.
