Competition Documents.

Hi, is there any way to print de competition details o paper? I mean, if the program fails, can i continue the competition on paper by keeping track of the attempts and writing them on a kind of Competition record? thank you so much

Regulations do require a paper copy. 

The paper documents necessary for each session are available from the top of the Current Session /Weigh-In page. 

They are normally printed just after the weigh-in and initial declarations.  The actual list of participating athletes is then known (many regional and national competitions allow athletes to move up)

The following documents are normally produced

• The manual backup copy.  This is the starting weights" sheet, which is an empty protocol sheet with an extra column where the initial declaration is shown.  I has blank areas for the 6 attempts and totals.    In some federations, copies are produced on demand for coaches as well
• The "jury" sheet, if you have a jury.

The other paper document used as a backup is the weigh-in summary.  In some federations, the declarations and bodyweights are written on a separate document and signed by the referees. This document is printed before the weigh-in. It facilitates data entry and serves as a backup if some athlete cards are misplaced before weigh-in.

In New Zealand we have adjusted most of the document templates to suit our purposes (ie added a manual tabulation sheet based off the weigh-in sheet, added WNZ logos etc etc)

if you know your way around an excel spreadsheet and with help from the Excel Template Variables page (https://jflamy.github.io/owlcms4/#/TemplateVariables) in the OWLCMS documentation its relatively straight forward

Once you have customized your local documents,  you can clean up the local/templates folder of all the stuff you don't use.

Then there is an option under Preparation/Settings/Customization to only show the local templates.

That way you can spare your people from having to deal with the North American abominations of Letter/Legal paper sizes.
