API access request

Hello Amplify Team,

I have received access to the API and I am able to successfully pull out reporting data for one of the accounts for which I have access, however for the other account I still keep receiving the error "Access denied, you don't have permission to access the specified resource", so it appears that the API access was only provided to one of the accounts I have access to in the UI.

Could you please provide me access to all the accounts that I have access to?

Thank you for reaching out to Amplify API Support.


Could you share the email address you use to access the endpoints? Also, please check your role in the Amplify dashboard for both advertisers, as different roles have different permissions:


User roles:

  • OWNER — The owner of the marketer; has all permissions. Only one user can have the OWNER role.
  • ADMIN — Has the same permissions as the OWNER, except an ADMIN can't change the OWNER.
  • CAMPAIGN_MANAGER — Allowed to edit campaigns only.
  • VIEWER — Allowed to view campaigns only.


If you are still unable to access the endpoints, please send me a private email with both marketer IDs, the endpoint and request body you’re calling, and the full error message you receive.

The email address I use to access the endpoints is j.sa...@havasmedia.com.

I have checked the Amplify dashboard, and I currently hold the ADMIN role for both the o2 and Blau accounts.

Despite having identical Admin rights on both accounts, the API connection is working perfectly for Blau but consistently failing for o2. Here are the specific technical details you requested:

Failing Marketer ID (o2): 00e536e07d93c6ee897e4f863a5f883d34

Working Marketer ID (Blau - for comparison): 0052db8e5f95b58a0c7db3ae4199deb362


Request Body: None (Standard GET request)

Full Error Message: {"message":"Access denied, you don't have permission to access the specified resource"}

Because the exact same script and setup works for Blau but throws a 403 for o2, it seems my user profile might be missing a backend API Reporting permission flag for the o2 Marketer ID, despite my Admin UI access.

Could you please investigate the backend API permissions for my user on the o2 account to see why it is being blocked?
