Can retrieve breakdown by country and breakdown all campaign data, based on UTC+8 date?

If One api not achieve, Any way use multi api to implement?

Thank you for reaching out to the API support team. 

Reports are in EST TZ, time conversion needs to be done on your end, via a script or some other integration. 

If you're interested in the campaign data on a geographical level, you can check this endpoint: https://amplifyv01.docs.apiary.io/#reference/performance-reporting/geo-by-campaign

The second part of the message I don't quite understand, I apologise. Could you elaborate please? What do you mean by One api and multi api?
