Uploading Block lists via the API

Hi team, 

I have a question from my marketer: 

Question - for uploading BL's via the API - as far as we know we have to upload the ENTIRE section list, each time ....as opposed to sending API requests to block section by section.
Is there another way to send blocks instead of having to send over the entire blocks or is that the only way?

Hey Veronika, 

Yes this is the only way to add blocks via the API. Each time they wish to add a block they need to send the entire list.
