Hello API Team,

We have an account that does native to search (search Arb).

They are reporting revenue in the UTC timezone and want to enable the UTC timezone via API integration for outbrain reporting.

Let us know how we can keep a mapping of RPC from the feed provider and Outbrain Cost in the same time zone which is UTC here via API.

This is not possible on the front end Amplify since it's on the EST timezone by default.

Regards,
Deepak

Hi, just continuing the conversation Deepak initiated — this is Akshit from Tyroo, handling teads ob.

We’re facing a major issue with the time settings on the Amplify dashboard. Most of our search arbitrage clients operate on different feed timings, so it’s crucial for them to align the dashboard timezone accordingly. Right now, we’re unable to change the dashboard or API timezone on our end, and this is creating a lot of discrepancies when we try to match dashboard data with feed data.

Almost every client we work with has been requesting a way to update or customize the API timezone, but we have no clarity on whether this is even possible. We also reached out to teads team for support, but they weren’t able to provide a solution and directed us to contact you.

Could you please help us understand if there’s any way to proceed with this? Having the ability to align dashboard and API timing is extremely important for accurate reporting and for managing our clients efficiently. Looking forward to your guidance on the next steps.

Akshit .

Hi,

I’m following up on my previous email regarding the dashboard and API timezone settings.

Could you please provide an update on whether it is possible to customize these timings? As mentioned, this is critical for our search arbitrage clients to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with feed data.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,
Akshit

Hey Akshit,

Apologies for the delay!

We do have the option to specify timezone in our campaign reporting per marketer endpoint. See related documentation here. Does this solution suit your needs?

Best,
Bryn

Hi Bryn,

Thank you for the update.

While specifying the timezone in the campaign reporting endpoint is helpful, I need further clarification on how to integrate this into our in-house dashboard. Specifically, we need to ensure that the time settings align with our AdSense feed timezone.

The goal is to monitor both revenue and spend in one place without discrepancies. Could you provide guidance on the best way to sync these data points using the API so they reflect the same timezone consistently?

Best regards,

Akshit
